We begin with a deep diagnostic of both the systemic environment (policies, workflows, accountability structures) and the human climate (trust levels, psychological safety, leadership alignment). From there, it’s about moving the conversation with executives from awareness (“We have a problem”) to ownership (“It’s our responsibility to fix it—and model it”).

In practice, I typically work quite intensively with executives upfront: think tailored workshops, strategic retreats, and structured coaching over the first 60–90 days. During that phase, we unpack assumptions, align leadership behaviors with stated values, and design a roadmap for cultural and operational shifts.

After that, the cadence shifts to a blend of ongoing advisory, data-driven check-ins, and targeted leadership coaching - because culture and wellness aren’t set-and-forget. HR then becomes the operational partner that translates executive intention into day-to-day practice, but the executive team stays visibly engaged.

In short: executives set the tone and keep it alive; HR builds the systems to make it real. And real transformation starts, and stays, with leadership modeling what they say they value.
