    I understand. I have worked in many different aspects of human services for over 30 years.  I have been involved in highly stressed environments (domestic violence shelters) and government entities, and I have owned and operated my own company as well.  Along with my psychology, philosophy, and communication degrees, I am certified in Emotional Intelligence, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Trauma Therapy, and Social and Behavioral Science.  I have a solid understanding of how the human mind navigates thoughts and emotions. I know what drives action, what creates lasting impact, and what truly works—and what doesn’t.

    I founded Third Eye Integration because I saw the struggle—people overwhelmed in an increasingly complex world, and businesses losing millions due to low productivity and high turnover. Leaders were stretched thin, trying to manage it all, without the time or resources to create lasting solutions. I knew there was a better way.

    At Third Eye Integration, we’ve worked with organizations to transform the way teams think and interact, and how they collaborate and communicate. Clear, mindful, and emotionally intelligent interactions are the foundation of a thriving workplace culture—and when strengthened, it reduces stress, enhances alignment, and improves overall wellbeing for the foundation of a  of a healthy, engaged workplace.

    The concern I have is that most corporate consultants do not provide organizations with more than standard programs, and they don’t focus on mindfulness or emotional intelligence, which are the most practical and strategic leadership skills needed to thrive in today’sprofessional settings.
