How to Meditate Easily When There Are Distractions!
Having a hard time with meditation? Too many distractions? Well, yeah! Distractions are everywhere! Even when you have a regular practice, you may be surrounded with phone and desktop notifications, family demands, work demands, traffic, construction, and keeping up with the the latest songs and videos.

So, how can we integrate moments of stillness when there is a lot of noise?

Tip: Just sit whereever you are and listen. Start hearing all the sounds that are the most obvious, and then hear the sounds that are more subtle. Just become immersed in the details of all the sounds without trying to label them, make them go away, or make any comments or judgements about them. Just be with the sound. Watch how the sounds just enter into your field of awareness and then they leave your field of awareness. Just be with it. No thoughts, just vibrations.
