Come on Home!

When the world gets stressful, the best thing we can do sometimes is come home. What I mean is, come home to ourselves.

We can spend a lot of time and energy worrying about people and situations, and when we do that, our mind is elsewhere. We leave ourselves.

When we leave ourselves, we can feel stressed, anxious, and even lonely. When we come back home to ourselves, we are back in our body, focusing on ourselves. We have a chance to calm our bodies and minds and then we can better handle anything on the outside.

Tip: Take a breath and give yourself more space to be. Feel your body and where your tension is arising. Let go of the tension with the exhale. Repeat until your tension is released and your mind is clear.
