Come explore the Great Alchemy of Gratitude. This is a participatory experience in bringing balance and awareness to the parts of self that have cultivated an attachment to suffering, in potentiating our letting go into life as it comes, and in exploring living a life with the highest form of acceptance.
This is not a "food focused" event, but a gathering to inspire you to create a lifestyle of living thankfully.
We will be integrating afterward with Tibetan singing bowls Bring a blanket, pillow and wear something comfortable. Please avoid colognes or perfumes as we will be in a small space. Remove your shoes and turn off any electronics upon entering.
Space is limited. Please RSVP so I can get an accurate count.
This event is free and if you would like to contribute for the space and the energy exchange, it will be greatly appreciated.
