Yoga Nidra is a practice that takes persons into a state of integrated deep relaxation, while remaining awake at a conscious level. When the body and mind find complete stillness, the consciousness remains to restore system imbalances and move toward healing physical, psychological and chronic conditions. Furthermore, the stillness allows a person to see beyond the space-time experience, perceptions and identity, and thus fosters a person's ability to live well with any circumstance. You will be mostly lying down, so bring your favorite blanket/pillow/mat (we have a few to share) and release all the stress that you have been carrying around.
Space is limited to 5.
Meditation will be held in an intimate setting at a private residence. Please remove shoes upon entering and avoid colognes and perfumes. Bring your own comfy mat/blankets/pillows or use what we have here.
