Yoga Nidra is a powerful practice that takes persons into a state of integrated deep relaxation, while remaining awake at a conscious level. When the body and mind find complete stillness, the consciousness remains to restore system imbalances and move toward healing physical, psychological and chronic conditions. Furthermore, the stillness allows a person to see beyond the space-time experience, perceptions and identity, and thus fosters a person's ability to live well with any circumstance. You will be mostly lying down, so bring your favorite blanket/pillow/mat and release all the stress that you have been carrying around.
IMPORTANT TO KNOW: It is not good to interrupt the Yoga Nidra session, so please be on time and remember to turn off any electronic devices upon entering the space.
