Likewise, Tibetan singing bowls with their wide range of sounds have been used for centuries. The combined vibrational frequencies will change brain wave states, inducing a sense of calming and balance.

Emma Quinn, is an active soloist, accompanist, teacher, sound healer, and orchestral harpist. Far removed from the typical concert venue, Emma plays harp with intention alongside bowl/gong sound healers for Vibrational Healing sessions. This is something totally new in the thousands of years of music-making that we’re combining an electric harp with ancient gong and soothing bowls! Emma herself has medically benefited from this sound healing approach and is completely humbled by the experience each time.

Water Shepherd is a facilitator of wellness and healing. She has a private practice in which she delivers services such as life coaching, vibrational therapy, yoga, sound meditation sessions, and drum circles and she provides lectures, workshops and trainings on the topics of consciousness, existentialism, empowerment, the environment, and plant-based food. She is certified in Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP) and is a certified clinical trauma professional, a certified yoga nidra facilitator and a certified sound practitioner. She is also educated with a Certificate in Social and Behavioral Science, a Bachelor Degree in Psychology with a minor study in Philosophy, and a Master's Degree in Communication with a focus on Advocacy. She has over 30 years of experience working with women and children suffering from PTSD, anxiety and depression.
