This is not your candles, bubble bath and wine event - This is a self-exploration into discovering the deep neglected parts of ourselves where we hold all that doesn't serve our hearts. And with that discovery, we can ask ourselves if we want to keep what we find there or if we would instead be willing to leave our comfort zones of familiarity to move toward a Radical Self Love practice.

We will integrate this session with yoga nidra and sound.
