What Will You Write?

I am hoping that by trusting your own heart, you will bring into your life what you truly want. This last year may have consisted of unmet expectations, mistakes or stress. Take with you all the lessons. Harvest what you learned, cultivate what you need in order to grow, and move forward. At the end of a year, we can choose what to leave behind and only take with us what we want for our new year.

Each year, we get to write a whole new story in a book full of blank pages. I hope when you write your story, you will be raw and vulnerable. I hope you will write without fear and without holding back. I hope you will write with the awe and wonder of a child and the power and fortitude of an athlete. When you write, I hope you know that you ARE the author of this story. So what will you write?

Tip: Know that every story has a purpose and with the challenges we face, we can grow in our wisdom and compassion. We can never go back and re-do history, but we can restart with each moment. Recognize that you have the ability to take your life in any direction that you desire. You can write your story that is full of the richness of life itself. Make your intentions, and write!
